Our company currently employs around 25 scaffolding operatives and apprentices, a logistics team and a management team. Our team leaders and management have over 150 years of scaffolding experience between them, with some working with our company since it first opened 35 years ago.
One of our business aims is to transfer as much experience and job specific knowledge as possible to young learners who are new to the scaffold industry and would like to progress in the field. Therefore to achieve this we have created a bespoke apprentice recruitment and development scheme, which is run through: Training 2000, Blackburn. We pride ourselves on being one of the first companies in our area and industry to introduce such a method of recruitment which has enabled us to give ambitious and determined young people the opportunity of secure and stable employment. Also, through running this development program, our company can guarantee reliable business and service for contractors well into the future through a steady turnover of long term and experienced employees.
